A bagger needs to work quickly because most of the people do not wait and start getting frustrated if the things are not done on time. They have to place the thing of the purchaser calmly in bags so that no items break and double the bag if the item is easily breakable. In some supermarkets, the same person who is on the cash counter performs bagging duties.
