Job Description:

  • The purpose of Service Level Management unit is to establish Service Level Management across IT and formalize Service Level AgreementsSLA with Group ITs customers and vendors This unit is responsible for Defining measuring and reporting periodically the agreed service levels This unit also ensures that market best practices are applied within Group IT for maintaining better service levels with its business units and legal entities Custodians for making any necessary changes to the SLA in the contract and tools

Qualification & Experience:

  • 8 10 years experience in an IT environment with at least 4 years in Quality and Service Level and performance Management and establishing best practices across IT
  • SLA Dashboard release
  • Agile Scrum
  • University degree or equivalent work experience required* *
  • Conduct SLM training and awareness programs
  • Maintenance and improvement of KPI portal and dashboard
