It’s the team’s aim to make sure all passengers are delighted with their airport experience – from the moment they arrive at the airport to when they board their flight. Alongside others, they oversee terminal facilities such as infrastructure at security, check-in and immigration. Like them, you’ll make customers feel they’re at the heart of it all.
- You’ll be accountable for all stakeholder relationships, fostering relationships with airlines, government authorities and support service entities ensuring delivery of the Dubai Airports strategic vision is driven across all service partners
- You’ll oversee the operations of the assigned terminal, ensuring safety and security is of utmost importance at all times, monitoring all operational policies and procedures, effectively dealing with any disruption and minimizing the impact on the customer experience
- You’ll be responsible for ensuring that the highest standard of customer service is delivered to 100,000 daily passengers, 24 hours a day, through a team of dedicated service professionals. You will lead and inspire them to deliver a world-class passenger experience, through every aspect of the passenger journey- arrival, departure and connection.
Qualification & Experience:
- You must have proven leadership experience within a customer service environment working with diverse, multicultural teams
- You should have at least 10 years’ experience, within an airport or service industry environment
- You’ll be educated to a degree level
- You should have experience with crisis management and business resilience
