Job Description:

We are hiring ‘Tele Sales Executives’ for Etisalat Hunting Department. If you have the flair to sell over phone, then apply for the post and send in your updated Resume.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify, contact and build relationships with prospective customers through a combination of telephone calls, networking and referrals.Develop thorough understanding of products and processes.
  • Understand customer needs, propose cost-effective solutions, and take them to closure.
  • Ensure revenue targets are met across all products on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Generate leads and maintain pipe-line in prescribed format.
  • Work closely with the Sales team members to schedule prospective client meetings.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
  • Excellent knowledge of English & Hindi. Arabic is an Advantage.

Qualification & Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as telesales representative preferably in Telecom/IT industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
