Job Responsibilities:

An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Operations Manager to join the Jumeirah Global Contact Centre in Group Services at Jumeirah Group. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

  • Engage, lead, motivate and manage a group of Team Managers to achieve consistent, Best in Class service standards (balanced approach of quality and efficiency)
  • Deliver effective, quality coaching alongside constructive and motivational feedback to improve performance
  • Perform other duties that management may from time to time reasonably require
  • Build excellent relationships with on-property colleagues
  • Identify areas of improvement and work with colleagues to reduce individual and or repeat errors
  • Interview, select and recruit new advisors for the department in collaboration with the Business Excellence Team
  • Deliver efficient and effective communication across teams ensuring fully briefed in order to promote all hotels in the expanding portfolio
  • Be an ambassador for the brand, our vision and Hallmarks
  • Undertake spot checks to ensure required quality is being maintained

Job Requirements:

  • Strong technical, numerical and analytical skills (identify problems, trends and suggest solutions)
  • Strong Coaching & Development Skills

Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience of working in a multi-channel contact centre environment of at least 50FTE in a management/leadership role
